Returns & Exchange

SHIPPING:
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the payment. Then the order will be shipped with the courier service. The shipping time in the UAE is within 4 working days for free; however, shipping times will vary in other countries depending on custom clearance procedures.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Kaleidoscope by mimi accepts product exchanges within 4 days from receiving the order. In the UAE, the item is returned for free; however, in the rest of the countries the product should be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
The item returned for exchange should be unworn. After these points are checked store credit will be available with the product’s price. We do not accept refunds.
